About us

Canyoon is an online store bringing Egyptian warehouse goods at warehouse prices, cash on delivery.

Canyoon is an online store that brings together goods from Egyptian warehouses: clothes, shoes, home goods and electronics, at prices close to warehouse prices.

How it works

Canyoon is the seller you order from. Orders are packed and shipped by partner warehouses; each appears on the site as a Canyoon storefront with its name and the city it ships from, so you know where your order comes from and when it arrives.

  • Cash on delivery.
  • We call to confirm every order before shipping.
  • 14-day returns.

From your order to your door

  • You order without an account: just your name, number and address.
  • We confirm the order by WhatsApp or a call before it ships.
  • The warehouse packs the order and a courier brings it to you.
  • You open the parcel in front of the courier before paying. If it does not match the photos, refuse it for free.
  • If you change your mind, message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery and we arrange the return.
