Privacy policy

What data Canyoon collects when you order, how we use it, who sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, mobile number and address, plus any note or email you add.
  • If you start entering your details and do not finish, we may keep them to help you complete the order.
  • Site usage statistics from Google Analytics (pages viewed, products added to cart).
  • Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga on your device holding a random number that identifies the device (the client id). When you order, that number is sent with the order so we know which ad or page it came from.

How we use it

  • To confirm and deliver your order.
  • We share your name, address and number only with the warehouse preparing the order and the courier.
  • We never sell your data.

On your device

Your cart, your details for next time and recently viewed products are stored only on your device. A cookie links this device to your orders for the "My orders" page.
