Shipping and delivery
Shipping fees and delivery times per governorate, and the city each warehouse ships from.
Every product on Canyoon ships from one of our partner warehouses, named on the product page. If your order has items from several warehouses, it arrives in several shipments, each with its own shipping fee.
Delivery times count from the order to your door, excluding Fridays. Before shipping we call you to confirm the order and address. You pay the courier in cash on delivery.

Rates vary by warehouse, from EGP 75 to 110. The exact fee and delivery time for your governorate show on each product page and in the cart before you confirm.
Shipping becomes free once your items from one warehouse reach a set amount, starting at EGP 320.
You can open and check the parcel in front of the courier before you pay.
Refusing a parcel
You can refuse a parcel at no cost if it arrives broken or defective, or differs from its description or photos. If you refuse it without a reason like these, we may ask you to pay the shipping fee or part of it.
