Returns and exchanges

Return or exchange any product within 14 days of receipt, refunds within 7 days. See the steps and when we pay the return shipping.

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

If the item is defective or not as described

We replace it or refund it in full, and we pay the return shipping.

If you change your mind

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

If you refuse a parcel on delivery

You can refuse a parcel at no cost if it arrives broken or defective, or differs from its description or photos. If you refuse it without a reason like these, we may ask you to pay the shipping fee or part of it.

Refunds

We refund you within 7 days of the item reaching us.

Exceptions

As set by Consumer Protection Law 181 of 2018: items made to the customer’s specifications, and items that cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons (such as underwear and personal care products).

How to return an item

• Message us on WhatsApp at 01120977457 with your order number.
• We arrange a time for the courier to collect the item.
• Once it reaches us and is checked, we refund you or send the replacement.
