Terms and conditions

Terms for ordering from Canyoon: prices, cash on delivery, shipping, inspecting the parcel, returns and exchanges.

Orders

An order is confirmed after the confirmation call. If an item runs out before shipping, we tell you and remove it at no cost.

Prices

Prices are in Egyptian pounds. You pay the price shown in the cart when you confirm, and shipping shows before you confirm.

Payment and delivery

Payment is cash on delivery. Delivery times and fees are on the shipping page.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel before the order ships. Returns within 14 days per the returns page.

You can refuse a parcel at no cost if it arrives broken or defective, or differs from its description or photos. If you refuse it without a reason like these, we may ask you to pay the shipping fee or part of it.

Photos and descriptions

We aim for photos and descriptions to match the product. If what arrives differs from the description, we replace or refund it and pay the return shipping.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, including Consumer Protection Law 181 of 2018.
